Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like a refund on your FIRST order of any product, simply contact Celene to return your product for a full refund.

All refunds on shipments from the same order must be processed together. Only one Return Authorization Number will be assigned to any individual order.

You may return items sold by Celene within 90 days of the date of delivery for a refund of the product price only. You may get a refund for 90 days’ worth of your product if: you took the product as directed and don’t feel it helped you AND you had your free 20-minute consult with the Naturopathic doctor or staff after filling out the brief Celene intake form. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Any package returned as refused will be refunded the cost of the product minus any return shipping fee, if applicable. Additionally, packages returned as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Celene will pay the cost of return shipping, plus refund the original cost of shipping if the return results from our error.

AUTO-DELIVERY POLICY:

Auto-Delivery will ship approximately every 84 days, corresponding with 3 28-day kits. We require 10 business days advance notice to cancel Auto-Delivery subscriptions. This gives our warehouse time to prevent your next order from shipping out. Your adherence to this policy is the best way for Celene to offer discounts for Auto Delivery. Some conditions may apply. Placing an Auto-Delivery order with Celene indicates a legally-binding acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy. If you have a concern, please speak with a member of our customer loyalty team.

RECEIVING A REFUND:

After we receive and process your return we will refund your product or products. Please allow:

  • 7-10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 12 to 14 business days for us to process your return
  • Please note, we may send a check, and if we do, it will be sent to the address we have on file for the account.

We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please download the Returns Form and include it in your package.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS

DECLARATION OF VALUE AND CONTENTS:

Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label (Airmail) or documents. Also, we label the contents as “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use”.

IMPORT TAXES:

US mail (USPS) will require payment of any required import fees before releasing the package.

Customers are also responsible for payment of any applicable import taxes, customs duty or quarantine fees. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, which will be billed to you directly by your local customs office. Please refer to your local customs office for more details on import taxes, etc.

IMPORT RESTRICTIONS:

Each country has different laws and regulations about buying products from other countries. You are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional supplements from the United States is allowed. For more information, please check your local customs office.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER:

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.

Our refund and returns policy last 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items will be refunded at the sales price.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
